Spike's Spouting Sands Secret Exit - Layer Cake Desert 4 Secret Exit - New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe

After Mario gets to around the halfway marker in the level. He will want to look for a sign that is pointing to the right and kinda upward. You can't tell but Mario can walk into the platform the sign is on. Once Mario is down there he will see a pipe that he can go down.

Once Mario goes down the pipe, he will be in a room that has three blocks and a small pipe. In one of the blocks Mario will find a small mushroom. He needs to get the mushroom and go through the small pipe. Once he goes through the pipe, he emerges on a platform. Mario is going to stay on the platform moving toward the right as far as he can. When Mario can no longer stay on the platform, he can jump up to the platform above.

Mario will jump over a tall green pipe continuing right. Mario will then see a spike on a block flying up and down along with a sign just before the spike. Mario will want to hug the right of the platform. If he does this correctly, he will discover that he can get inside the platform. There is a pipe inside the platform that Mario can enter.

The pipe will shoot Mario to another area of the level. Once he is there he will not have to travel far in order to find the secret exit. For a video demonstration, click the video above.
